Create Some Sparks is a free tool that generates AI-written dating profiles based on your survey responses. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Consent & Email Communications

• By submitting your email address and checking the consent box, you agree to receive occasional email communications from us related to your profile, service updates, tips, or promotional content.
• You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide truthful information in the survey.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the generated profile text, including where you post it and any representations you make to others.
• You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or illegal.

6. Generated Content

The dating profile generated by our AI is yours to use, edit, and distribute as you see fit. We claim no ownership over your generated profile. However, the generated content is produced by AI and may not be perfect — you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that using a generated profile will result in matches, dates, or relationships. The Service is a writing tool, not a matchmaking service. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Cookies & Advertising

The Service uses cookies for analytics and advertising purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting cookies on the site, you consent to the use of these technologies. You may decline non-essential cookies when prompted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORIONCREST SMART SOLUTIONS LTD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or outcomes from using generated profiles on dating platforms.

10. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, branding, and underlying AI prompts are the property of ORIONCREST SMART SOLUTIONS LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service itself.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
